Our Services

In our practice we offer therapeutic support for individuals, couples and conversations involving several participants. Together we look at which format best suits your concern, your current situation and your goals.

Formats

Individual sessions offer space for personal topics, relationship experiences, situations of separation, questions of intimacy and sexuality, or recurring patterns. They are suitable when you first want to gain clarity for yourself, sort through what is weighing on you, or expand your own options for action.

Couple sessions are for people who want to understand their relationship better, work through conflicts, change the way they communicate, or address topics such as closeness, distance, trust, hurt or sexuality.

Conversations involving several participants can be helpful when more than one person is part of a process of clarification or change. Together we examine whether such a setting is helpful and appropriate for your concern.

Topics
#

Among others, the following topics may find space in the sessions:

  • Recurring conflicts and entrenched communication patterns.
  • Questions of closeness, distance, attachment and trust.
  • Sexuality, intimacy and differing needs.
  • Crises, transitions and changes over the course of life.
  • Hurt, ambivalence, outside relationships or thoughts of separation.
  • Personal topics that affect relationship and partnership.

What matters is not whether a concern seems “serious enough”, but whether you wish to understand, change or shape something more consciously.

How it works
#

The first session focuses on clarifying the assignment. We discuss your concern, clarify expectations and goals, and look together at which framework makes sense for the ongoing work.

In the following sessions we work specifically on the topics you bring. At the beginning of a session, current concerns can be named and prioritised; at the end of a session, concrete suggestions, exercises or impulses for everyday life can be agreed upon, which you can try out between sessions.

Our role
#

We understand therapeutic work as a shared collaboration. We accompany the process with questions, structure, professional input and new perspectives; putting things into practice in your everyday life is up to you.

Our aim is to strengthen and empower you as best we can, and to support you in your own development.

Organisational framework
#

The frequency, intervals and overall duration of the support are flexible and depend on your concern and your goals. Together we find what fits you.
